Guidance for Large, Commercial, and Parking Lot Rain Gardens

MOA Low Impact Development Design Guidance Manual - For designers, engineers, and landscape architects (See pages 9-20).

Large Rain Garden Grant Application - If you design and build a rain garden for an impervious area of 2,000 square feet or greater, you could qualify for a reimbursement of $0.50 per sqft of impervious contributing area up to $5,000.  Grant agreement requires design drawings and calculations with application submittal.  Contact the Rain Garden Program as early in the design phase as possible.
